We comissioned Rev. Matt for a time of rest and renewal last Sunday -  and we're working together as a community to keep things rolling in our common life!

Here's a summary of who is doing what.

- The AbbeyCouncil is stepping up around many things - the whole council can be emailed at council@abbeychurch.ca
- Michelle is doing the liaison work and bookings with the United Commons space - and with other on-site faith communities (Fairfield and the Place) - mslater@united-church.ca
- Lynn is (still) treasurer - treasurer@emmauscommunity.ca for donations and other questions
- Lucy is monitoring admin@abbeychurch.ca and Rob is monitoring admin@emmauscommunity.ca and church phone messages.
- Marilyn is our safe church coordinator. 
- Betty is continuing with sacristy, bread making, coffee supplies.
- Phil is our main Sunday greeter.
- Lucy on youth, Abi, Amaya and June rotating on kids leadership (supported by Michelle)
- Jen, Lucy and Rob are working on preaching rota and Lucy on rota for readers / chalice bearers (livestream on hold).
- Jen and Rob are working on music, with Jen stepping into an increased leadership role in our music team.
- Lucy liaising with North Park Neighbourhood Association.
- Emmaus Community continues to host prayer - Marilyn Monday, Rob Tuesday, Lynn Thursday and Kevin Friday.
- Rob is overseeing liturgy as acting clergy - and liaising with the clergy team - rshearer@united-church.ca
