 ing Prayer @ AbbeyChurch office (off the Balmoral parking lot\, metal stai
 rs up) - in-person only.  There is not usually AM prayer on holiday Monda
 ys.  This prayer is about 45 minutes (with 20 minutes of silence) \n\n 
 \n\nFridays at 8:15am - morning prayer - on-line zoom only - about 20-30 m
 inutes.  \n\n \nOur weekday common prayer is liturgical in nature and b
 ased on ancient monastic practices.  \nIt's open to all who wish to join 
 in-person (Mondays) or online (Fridays).\nWe sometimes chant the psalms\, 
 listen to a reading or readings assigned for the day\, have a short period
  of silence\, sharing and intercessory prayer.\n \nThe liturgies and psal
 ter for weekday prayer are posted here.  \nPlease do email for a zoom lin
 k if you are joining online.
